
I am working on converting Flat Lat/Lon to Lambert Conformal Lat/Lon.

Basically we have data for turbulence in Lambert format.
Our Map is using Flat Lat/Lon for plotting.
Want to convert Flat Lat/Lon from our Map to Lambert Lat/Lon to find if there is turbulence on our Map.
How to go about it?
